#7: Researchers’ Night 2024.09.27.

On September 27, 2024, Riga Technical University (RTU) offered everyone an opportunity to discover the fascination of science by taking part in Researchers’ Night. During the event, visitors to the Institute of Photonics, Electronics and Electronic Communications not only participated in guided tours of scientific laboratories and met scientists and industry experts, but also engaged in hands-on activities.

As part of Researchers’ Night, visitors were also introduced to the results achieved within the project “Very Low Frequency Electromagnetic Field as a Short-Term Enhancer of Extracellular Vesicle Production from Mesenchymal Stem Cells in a Bioreactor”. The developed coil system was presented, measurement results were demonstrated, and the latest power supply unit, simultaneously connected to temperature measurement sensors, was showcased.
