#5: IZV School Visit 2024.05.23.

We were also pleased to welcome students from RTU IZV (Riga Technical University Engineering Secondary School), offering them an excellent opportunity to complete internships in RTU’s scientific laboratories.

The talented students were introduced to practical laboratory work typically carried out by RTU students during their studies. Visits to various laboratories provided the pupils with the opportunity to observe and evaluate a range of completed projects, as well as to assess scientific progress and excellence achieved to date. This experience helped the students develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and creativity.

The students also highly appreciated the technological advantages offered by RTU and the respective laboratories. Through this process, they acquired valuable skills that they will be able to apply in their future academic studies.
